Sitek Process Solutions (Sitek), a family owned and operated company celebrating their 21st year in business, is the lead provider of remanufactured semiconductor equipment. Sitek provides equipment to over 30 countries in the defense, solar, mobile, and semiconductor industries. With manufacturing and testing facilities located at their Rocklin, California site, Sitek is well equipped to meet customer requirements for equipment. In 2022, Sitek is further expanding by launching their own brand of semiconductor equipment. Sitek strives to be innovative, driven and enthusiastic to create and maintain an upbeat, growing culture.

Duties of an Inside Sales Representative (2 positions available, California and International):

  • Managing existing customers and growing our presence within your territory: California and International accounts
  • Directly assisting customers with their spare part, service and repair needs
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss how we can best maintain and grow our sales function
  • Maintain clear communication both internally at Sitek and to our customer network
  • Participate in a growing sales team with promotion capabilities as the team expands

Preferred qualifications, although not necessary: Background in selling equipment spare parts & services

  • Semiconductor experience (helpful but not necessary)
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • MUST be comfortable in sending email
  • MUST be comfortable making daily phone calls

We provide for the employee: competitive salary, overtime opportunities, paid time off, sick time off, matching 401K plan and fantastic opportunities for learning and advancement. At the moment, we do not offer health insurance.

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (International work times can be modified to meet our International customers)

Salary: $60,000-$67,000/year (~60% hourly, 40% commission)
